Client OMS: visibility into stock, requests and bills
FLUMEN OMS gives inventory owners product management, stock visibility, inbound and outbound appointments, transport requests and billing collaboration.
Who it is for
Inventory owners working with third-party warehouse and logistics providers. OMS is the client collaboration entry point; permissions determine available functions and data.
Reduce repeated confirmations
Clients create products, appointments and transport requests and view their own progress. Warehouse operators execute the work and return results through shared business records.
Clarify payment roles
Clients upload payment evidence for warehouse finance review. The client sees the payment perspective; the warehouse sees the receipt perspective. Uploading evidence alone is not approval. Check pending and reviewed states during evaluation.
Evidence behind replenishment
Inventory and replenishment analysis depends on usable stock, demand evidence and lead time. Missing data should be explained. Fictional demo data illustrates workflows rather than proving business returns.
Questions and answers
Does OMS include every ecommerce channel?
No. This OMS focuses on client–warehouse collaboration. Ecommerce, ERP and other integration scopes need separate confirmation.
Can a trial account see another client’s records?
Production accounts should only see authorized data. Public demonstrations use sample data, not real client inventory or transactions.
